Grand Rapids Airport, United States - Terminal Navigation Information
The airport consists of a single passenger terminal that has two Concourses, A and B.
Inside the main entrance area is where the ticketing stations are located. Beyond this Departures Hall, are two parallel hallways that lead past some shops and dining areas to the main security checkpoint.
Once past the security clearance, are more shops and diners in a half-rotunda lobby area. From the rotunda lobby are two hallways that extend and split in two directions. One is to the south side of the airport, leading to Concourse A and the other is to the north side of the airport, leading to Concourse B.
Concourse A holds Gates A1-A16. Its main airline tenants are Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, and United Airlines.
Concourse B holds Gates B1-B8. Its main airline tenants are Southwest Airlines, Sun Country Airlines, Frontier Airlines, and Allegiant Air.
The baggage claim area for Arrivals are located inside the main entrance to the terminal, centrally between the ticketing stations. There is also another baggage claim station at the north end of the main entrance area to the terminal building.
