JAX Airport Terminal Map - Gates & Navigation

Jacksonville Airport, United States - Terminal Navigation Information
The airport consists of one main terminal building, with two concourses.
Directly adjacent to the main pick-up and drop-off area as shown in our map at the top of this page, is a C-shaped curved building that connects directly to the main terminal building on the west side.
Within this C-shaped building, there is baggage claim located on the ground floor, and the main ticketing center is located on the upper, first floor.
Once having passed through the ticketing area, there are services and shops available in the mezzanine of the main terminal building. This section also includes counters for rental car companies, some art galleries, and an exhibition of the history of aviation in the Jacksonville region.
At the western end of the mezzanine area, is the security checkpoint area.
Once having cleared through the security checkpoint, there are two concourses on either side of the building, on the airside of the terminal:
Concourse A: Is located to the north side of the two concourses. It holds Gates A (A1-A10).
Concourse C: Is located to the south side of the two concourses. It holds Gates C (C1-C10).
You can use our map at the top of this page to view the terminal layout, the location of the gates and the main pick-up and drop-off area, as well as where the security checkpoints can be found, in the mezzanine area.
