The airport consists of one, two-storied terminal.
It is divided into four different zones:
Public Area: Used for arrivals and departures. One section of the public area is used for checking-in for flights within or outside of Canada (non-U.S.). The other section is dedicated specifically for flights departing to the United States.
Domestic Jetty: Accessible via security checkpoint A.
The domestic jetty is divided in two parts:
The Main Jetty is a wing attached to the main terminal building. The main terminal jetty holds 16 Gates (1-12, 15, 47-49).
The Satellite Jetty is connected by a tunnel to the main terminal. It holds 10 Gates (17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 28, 30, 32, 34).
International Jetty: Accessible via security checkpoint A. It is dedicated to flights with destinations outside Canada and the United States. This jetty holds 18 Gates (50-53, 55-68).
Transborder Jetty: this area is accessible using checkpoint C. It is dedicated to all U.S. bound flights. It has 18 Gates (72-89). Gates 87-89 are located one level below and are accessible via an escalator.
